Never Retire: Making A 20% Down Payment Never Felt So Good

As our move to Spain draws near, we will hit lots of milestones along the way. Once we get to Spain—in about nine months (!)—even more.

I hope and anticipate the final milestone in this right-at-midlife chapter will be a combo of becoming Spanish citizens and buying an apartment to bring our housing payment closer to, if not zero.
