My Most Ambitious Saving Strategy Ever: How It's Working Out So Far

My wife and I are moving to Spain in just (barely!) over five months.
This newsletter uses that move to not only follow, compare and contrast life on the ground in Los Angeles/America and—soon—Valencia, Spain/greater Europe, but to:
Inform the visa process and other bureaucratic logistics around moving to a foreign country.
Discuss the practical, psychological and emotional components of such a life-changing move, particularly at this pivotal time we call middle age.

To that end, with the actual move set for January 2nd, 2025 (we bought a one-way ticket!) and the visa application process about to hit the next series of big steps in early August, it’s the perfect time to become a paid subscriber.
